Exceptional music in beautiful locations

Artistic Directors Amanda Cook and Meg Hamilton co-founded Amici Concerts in 2014.

As professional musicians, we have always been passionate about introducing and featuring a colourful palette of music to our local area, with collaborations and new projects from around the world that showcase eclectic international artists from a range of classical, global, jazz and folk music traditions.

We put on concerts and events throughout the year at a number of different venues in and around Chichester including the Cathedral, St. Pancras Church, Chichester Inn, St. John's Chapel, Pallant House, the Chapel of the Ascension at University of Chichester, Halnaker Park Cottage Garden and the Square Garden at Lordington House.

In 2026 we are featuring the UK’s most exciting new Brazilian music group as part of Festival of Chichester, in the Square Garden at Lordington House: an outdoor Sunday afternoon picnic-concert with OLAYA on Sunday 12th July 3pm.

We are currently registering Amici Concerts for charitable status in order to expand our activities in the coming years. The charity will introduce world-class music to settings where people have little or no access to live music, such as in nursing homes, centres for people with special needs, hospitals and in schools.
